When I was writing novels I was told to “write what you know”. Now I’m a photographer living near Seatac Airport in the south part of Seattle. Since I’m writing again here, I will share what I know about my local area in terms of photography. This text will be a general take with specific topics to be covered in the future.

I live in Burien, Washington. It is a town that is south of Seattle and right next to Seatac Airport. We are moving into summer and leaving spring behind. Due to our moderate climate and prodigious rainfall we have an abundance of Spring flowers. The most prominent is our state flower, the Rhododendron.

I have decided to begin blogging. I do have a writing background but am not that excited about talking about myself. However for years I haven’t had much traffic on my site. So I am trying out different things to get more visibility.
